Lead the bar while delivering exceptional hospitality and mentoring the front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine and beverages.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Train bartenders.
- Maintain bar cleanliness.
- Manage inventory support.
- Promote specials and events.
- Support tournament operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years bartending experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- BASSET certified, or willing to become certified.
- Excellent communication and hospitality.
Pay and benefits
$9.00 - $11.00 per hour, based on experience, plus tips.
Quarterly performance bonus up to $500, based on guest feedback, beverage quality, attendance, teamwork, cleanliness, leadership, and restaurant performance.
